Reservations & Booking Requests

Submitting a reservation request or inquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All reservations are subject to review and confirmation by Clark Watersports.

Clark Watersports reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline reservation requests based on availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, or operational requirements.


Rental Eligibility Requirements

To participate in rentals, customers must:

  • Follow all safety instructions and operational guidelines

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal boating laws

Safety & Operator Responsibility

Equipment Condition & Responsibility

All equipment is inspected prior to rental. By accepting a rental, customers acknowledge that equipment is received in safe operating condition.

Renters are responsible for:

  • Proper operation of equipment

  • Preventing damage caused by misuse or negligence

  • Reporting any mechanical issues immediately

Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, or lost equipment.


Weather & Operational Conditions

Water and weather conditions can change quickly. Clark Watersports reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel rentals due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Mechanical or safety concerns

  • Waterway restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

Safety-based decisions are final and made at the discretion of Clark Watersports staff.


Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be communicated during the reservation process.

Cancellation policies may vary by season or rental type. Failure to arrive at the scheduled time may result in reduced rental time or cancellation without refund.


Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in watersports and outdoor recreational activities involves inherent risks. By participating in rental activities, customers acknowledge and accept these risks.

Clark Watersports shall not be held responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Additional waivers may be required and signed prior to rental.
